Not only will Dentrix allow you to cross code the various medical codes with the ADA procedure codes, it will also print a medical claim to a standard HCFA 1500 pre-printed form.
Prescription Forms
You can't find this form anywhere else! Exclusively designed for Dentrix 7.5 or later, this prescription form is printed on safety paper, to thwart abuse, and will save hours of time. You can choose to have your practice name custom imprinted on each form for added safety, or simply take advantage of Dentrix's ability to print this form for you. You can also choose to add your logo to each form for just $25 more. Available only in blue.
Installment Plan Coupons
